Oooh. Cool. I might have to cut out and build the first one. These sliceforms can be fun to play with and they collapse almost fully and return to their full 3d shape almost effortlessly. I've always wanted to build them big using plywood. I'll have to find the template I have for the folding tetrahedral ring. The one I have on my desk is based off of some of M.C. Escher's tesselations. I've been planning on doing a couple of posts on these objects and ones like these. The giant Soma Puzzle looks really cool. I've been meaning to build a smaller version of that for a while.
